About Our Directors

Tim & Belinda

Tim and Belinda are the heart and soul behind our organisation. Although they don’t come from a professional background in the disability sector, their connection to the community is deeply personal and lived. As parents to five children, including their 23-year-old son who lives with a disability, Tim and Belinda understand first-hand the challenges, gaps, and opportunities that exist within the space.

Their journey began not from a business plan, but from a place of love, experience, and a desire to do better—not just for their own family, but for others walking a similar path. What started as a personal mission has grown into a passionate commitment to supporting individuals and families through meaningful, person-centred care.

Driven by empathy, experience, and a strong sense of purpose, Tim and Belinda continue to lead with heart. Every decision they make is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to live a full, connected, and empowered life.
